Tea Description
This Lung Ching is from the Chinese Zehjiang Province. The tea leaves are dried in a hot wok by skillful hands that press the leaves against the sides of the wok and turn them repeatedly until the leaves obtain their unique flat shape.
Servings
Each 1.5 oz. bag makes approximately 12-15 servings and each 3 oz. tin makes 24-30 servings.

  • Smooth, non-bitter flavor.
  • Preparation: Use 1 level teaspoon per 6 oz. cup. Heat fresh water until it is just steaming (180 - 190º F), not boiling. Let tea steep for 2.5 minutes. Brews to a pale golden color.
