White tea has very little caffeine and is the most minimally processed of all tea varieties
Research suggests that white tea possesses and retains the highest amount of disease preventative antioxidants known as polyphenols.
Preparation: Use 1 heaping spoonful per 6 oz. cup. Heat fresh water until it is steaming (not boiling). Let tea steep for 2-3 minutes.
