  • Low in tannins and full of minerals, Rooibos has been found to help relieve anxiety, promote sleep, and ease an upset stomach.
  • Preparation: Use 1 heaping teaspoon per 6 oz. cup. Heat fresh water to a roaring boil, then let tea steep for 7-10 minutes.
