Helpful Information
Excellent as an iced tea
Black tea is known to be high in antioxidant flavonoids, which benefit the cardiovascular system. Ginger helps with nausea, acts as a mild anti-inflammatory, and stimulates digestion.
Preparation: Use 1 level teaspoon per 6 oz. cup. Heat fresh water to a roaring boil, then let tea steep for 3-5 minutes.
